Nestled in the woods along the Bear River in Newry, this is the perfect location to set up camp for a series of day hikes. Explore the Grafton Loop Trail, Appalachian Trail, Grafton Notch State Park and Step Falls...all just minutes away!

  • Field Area for Horseshoes, Corn Hole, Frisbee or just Kicking Back
  • Trailer Dumping Station
  • Electric on Site #1 Only -  No Water hook-ups
  • Please No Generators
  • Dogs Welcome ~ Please keep them on a leash at all times

Check In: Any time after 1 pm
Check Out: By 11 am (Additional charge for late check out)
Quiet Hours: 10 pm - 7 am

Through the Campground

Tent & RV Sites: $34 per night - first 2 people (Plus 9% Lodging Tax)

Additional People: $10 per person, per night (6 people per site maximum)

Vehicles: 2 vehicles per site. Parked within the site - not on camp road

Trailer Dumping Station: $10 (With stay), $20 (Without stay)

Large Bundle of Firewood: $8.00

Reservation Policy:

Deposit: First night, tax and $5 reservation fee to guarantee reservation.

Cancellations received 2 weeks prior to arrival date will be refunded deposit, excluding the $5 processing fee.

No-Shows will forfeit full deposit and $5 processing fee.

Turn right. Go 7 miles north on Rt. 26 (Bear River Rd.) Campground is on the left.

From Errol, New Hampshire (Routes 16 & 26)
Travel 24 miles south on Rt. 26. Campground is on the right.
